HUBUNGAN ANTARA BURNOUT DAN KUALITAS TIDUR DENGAN PRESTASI AKADEMIK MAHASISWA KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS MATARAM

Abstract

Burnout dan kualitas tidur yang buruk dapat memengaruhi performa akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi burnout dan kualitas tidur dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa kedokteran. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa tahun I, II dan III. Burnout dinilai dengan menggunakan MBI-SS dan kualitas tidur menggunakan PSQI. Total 231 mahasiswa berpartisipasi;  45.9% mengalami high exhaustion (E), 56.3% mengalami high cynicism (CY) dan 59.7% mengalami low professional efficacy (PE). Sebesar 93,9% memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk. Ketiga dimensi burnout berkorelasi dengan kualitas tidur yang lebih buruk (rE = 0.415, rCY = 0.230, dengan p <0.01, dan rPE = -0.153, p < 0.05). Kualitas tidur berkorelasi negatif dengan prestasi akademik (r = -0.172, p = <0.01). Hanya dimensi PE yang berkorelasi dengan prestasi akademik (r = 0.314, p = <0.01).  Sebagai kesimpulan, terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara burnout dengan kualitas tidur, kualitas tidur dengan prestasi akademik, dan antara dimensi PE burnout dengan prestasi akademik.
